At Fox Red Sports, we started our journey with a simple goal: to help people live healthier, happier lives with a passion for showing the fun side of sports and fitness. With a combined 30 years in sports coaching and participation we at Fox Red Sports aim to deliver high-quality bootcamp fitness sessions where everyone leaves with a smile.
As one of our lead trainers, Dom comes with 10 years of experience in group and 1-2-1 coaching, providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Dom is also a Level 2 RFU rugby coach. Dom's skill set stems from leading large fitness bootcamps and having 10 years in coaching women's rugby.
We believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. We take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on the individual and their goals. All of our sessions take place outside (except for the senior seated fitness) for an extra serotine boost!
Frances has been extensively involved in a wide range of sports, most notably rugby, hockey and netball over the years. Frances's knowledge and skillset are enhanced by her Physical Education and Coaching degree and professional development.
Our adult fitness bootcamp is designed for individuals looking to improve their physical fitness, lose weight, build muscle, and enhance overall well-being. With a mix of high-intensity workouts, strength training, and personalised coaching, you'll see results in just a few weeks. Suitable for 18+.

All our staff have undergone a fully enhanced DBS check and have relevant safeguarding and first aid qualifications. Additionally, our coaches have qualifications in sports based activities and mental health and wellbeing.
